Framed Oil on Board Pair by N.B James (19th century)

A lovely pair of framed oils on board by NB James.
One depicting a coastal scene with fishermen sitting upon the craggy rocks and the other depicting the River Thames at Abingdon Bridge, England.  ‘Abingdon’ being painted into the lower left of the painting. 
There are age related knocks and scuffs to both the frames and paintings, please see the photos for detail.
